When you dispatch a COD order, the courier is essentially holding your money. Oishia ensures they actually pay you back.

Tutorial: Reconciling a Settlement

1. When a courier drops off a weekly bank settlement spreadsheet, navigate to Finance > COD Reconciliation.
2. Upload the courier's CSV file.
3. Oishia's engine reads the tracking numbers and automatically matches them against dispatched orders in your database.
4. The system flags Discrepancies in red (e.g., The courier says they collected $90, but the invoice was for $100).
5. Once you review the variances, click Finalize Settlement to automatically move the funds from the "Pending Settlement" ledger into your actual Bank Cash account.
