Workspace & Security Configuration

Welcome to Oishia Commerce

Setting up your workspace correctly from day one is critical for long-term scalability and security. Oishia uses a strict multi-tenant architecture, meaning your data is cryptographically isolated from all other organizations on the platform.

Tutorial: Initializing Your Workspace

  1. Log into your primary Admin account at admin.oishia.com.
  2. Navigate to the Settings (Gear Icon) in the bottom left corner.
  3. Click on the Workspace Profile tab.
  4. Enter your exact Legal Company Name and Tax Identification Number (TIN/VAT). This is crucial, as this data automatically populates on all outgoing B2B invoices.
  5. Select your Base Currency. Warning: You cannot change your Base Currency once financial ledgers have been posted.
  6. Upload your Company Logo. Use a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background.

Security Best Practice

Immediately enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for your primary Admin account in the Security tab before inviting any other staff members.
