Managing Mobile Inventory

Direct Store Delivery (DSD) or Van Sales is complex because inventory leaves your physical building but remains on your balance sheet until sold in the field. Oishia manages this through strict "Trips."

Tutorial: Creating a Daily Dispatch Trip

1. Navigate to Fleet > Trips in the admin dashboard.
2. Click + Create New Trip.
3. Select the assigned Driver and their specific Vehicle. (The vehicle acts as a virtual warehouse location).
4. Use the grid to select the exact quantity of each SKU you are loading onto the van.
5. Click Finalize Loading. The system automatically transfers the stock from the Main Warehouse into the Vehicle's virtual location.
6. The driver can now log into their mobile app and will see their loaded inventory.
